Physical Description
Tall by family standards, Dani is the largest of her siblings at just under six feet in height with broad shoulders and a powerful build for an Achuran female. She has an athletic figure, both arms adorned with artisticly designed sleeve tattoos and sharp, attractive facial features lightly coated in freckles. Dani bares some resemblance to her elder sister Erica, though is only a half-sibling and shares most her features with younger sisters Shelby and Kellie. She has blue eyes and glossy, raven black hair that is often worn out or restrained in a ponytail, though at times she has been known to dye it or cut it short. Dani generally follows her sister Erica's style, wearing similar attire thus can often be found wearing a form-fitting one-piece jumpsuit or sometimes simple leather pants and a tank top depending on circumstance. She has a deep, yet feminine voice that bares a very faint Achuran accent. Dani carries herself with confidence, with an air of seriousness about her she is often mistaken for family Matron.
 
 
  
 
  
 
 
Early Life
Danika Dusette was born in YC 94 as the second female child into a wealthy Achuran business family governed by strict matriarchal traditions. This was always an awkward position for Dani, constantly put second behind her elder sibling who was destined to be next family Matron. Despite this she enjoyed a comfortable life, although spent almost no time planetside, always travelling from station to station with her parents as they conducted their lucrative merchant trade. As such she has little knowledge of her own culture and had no formal education beyond tutoring. Dani has learned the ways of life well though as a result of her travels and the consequent socializing, gaining a measure of street-smarts instead. In YC 112 she was enlisted into the capsuleer program alongside her elder sister and once graduated tasked with assisting her in establishing a capsuleer corporation.
 
Capsuleer Career
Dani's career began with the formation of the family's first corporation. Due both to practicality and competitiveness, Dani would follow her sister Erica's training closely and essentially came to share the same skills and taste in ship types. Despite being second eldest, Dani had no extra authority within the family and as such spent the early days of her career as a simple line-pilot carrying out general work of all kinds to support the corporation, from combat to hauling and even dabbling in mining for a very short time. Eventually her sister would move on from the corporation and enlist in the Caldari State militia. Dani would follow, also enlisting to fight by her sister's side though saw very little action in comparison and eventually left the military with an honorable discharge in YC 113, attaining the rank of Second Lieutenant. 
 

After returning to wormhole space beside her sister, Dani assisted in the founding of Nighthawk Exploration and returned to her regular duties, though now focused primarily on combat, along with all the family and their support pilots. Dani would continue to mirror her elder sister in ship type and training, often found flying Drakes, Tengus and other assorted shield-based Caldari vessels. Dani discovered a particular love for piloting Stealth Bombers also, and would often conduct scouting operations or combat roams solo while flying one, giving her the chance to feel somewhat independent of the rest of her family.

 

Eventually, when her elder sister decided to move on from the family business and seek employment with larger wormhole corporations, Dani would follow. She joined Sky Fighters alongside her elder sister, and would end up conducting numerous combat operations alongside her new colleagues in what would become wormhole space's largest mercenary alliance. With the eventual dissolution of the alliance and falling-out within the corporation, Dani would once again follow her sister to another corporation known as Rolled Out, where she would continue the same duties as she did in Sky Fighters, flying by her sisters side whenever shield-based fleets were called, learning much and suffering very few losses in combat.

 

With the eventual collapse also of Rolled Out, Dani once more found herself following her sister's path and word - moving back to the family's home system of Horizon where she resumed her old duties of system security and occasional hunting within connected systems. Soon afterward both her sister and herself were invited to join Isogen 5, a corporation formed by former Rolled Out and Sky Fighters colleagues that lived in a Class 5 wormhole system and spent it's time conducting almost purely capsuleer combat operations. Dani would join alongside her sister and once again found herself tasked with flying beside her sibling whenever shield-based fleets were required. Eventually she would broaden her skill base and began flying armor based T3 class vessels, specifically Legions, which saw her exposed to even more large scale operations. To this day she continues serving both her sister and employers at Isogen 5.

 

Social & Personal Life

Like her sisters, most of Dani's time is taken up with corporate piloting duties. Very little is known regarding Dani's hobbies or spare time pursuits when outside of her capsule, although it's well known she spends as much time working on her physical fitness as her elder sister does, known to join her during her workout routines daily.  It's said she enjoys reading and studying, and is known to be very close to her younger sisters, particularly Shelby Dusette, with whom she spends a great deal of time. Dani also adheres to a very strict diet regime like her siblings and generally avoids use of alcohol or drugs of any kind.

 

Her introvert persona has always meant Dani has had a very minimal social life unlike the rest of her siblings. She is thought to have few friends beyond her family and corporate circle, almost never visiting Empire space unless required for travel to a combat operation of some kind in a distant wormhole system. But just like her recluse-sister Erica, Dani does enjoy some social contact from a comfortable distance, places such as the Galnet forums or communal holo-comm channels such as The Intergalactic Summit, where she can be found socializing with other pilots on very rare occasions.

 

Dani has never been known to have had a relationship or any intimate involvement with another capsuleer. Though her sister Erica has been known to say publicly that it came very close once, with Dani attempting to seduce a former partner of Erica's while drunk one evening in station. It's thought this was more a result of her competitive nature regarding her elder sibling than any actual desire herself for companionship. Despite this, many capsuleers have made known their interest in Dani over time, though she's thought to most often ignore or decline such advances, the young Achuran wanting her focus to remain strictly on her family and corporate duties at this time.

 

 

Ship Choice

Dani's skills and ship choices are thought to mirror her sister Erica's very closely. Preferring shield based Caldari vessels, Dani is most often found behind the helm of a Tengu. She's also a skilled Heavy Interdictor pilot too and is known to regularly pilot an Onyx. Besides these and stealth bombers, Dani's skill base was highly focused until YC 117 when she qualified as an armor Legion pilot, primarily flying neut-fit Legions in corporate operations. Whenever she's away from Atlas, or as a guilty pleasure, Dani has also been known to occasionally fly her sister Erica's beloved Barghest battleship.
